"I ordered through them via Walmart and never received my package. I contacted the company and they told me to go around my neighborhood asking My neighbors if they have my package and wished me luck. Warning people not to order through them, they've had several reviews about not sending items with no refund. Wish I would have read before ordering."

Groupon Fail

"Ordered a two pack of Comotomo bottles. Only received one from seller. In this case BabyHaven.com... When contacted about it they told me they were currently out of stock and would be able to refund me. I later received an e-mail for BabyHaven.com stating that once they receive the one bottle back they will credit me my refund... um no. For one I've used the bottle. Returning it is unsanitary and I'm sure this company would turn around and then sell it to one of you. Two, I purchased a two pack because I needed a two pack. I later called back to find a solution other then returning and was told that there was an error on the Groupon. I'm sorry someone didn't check before the offer went live but I was under the assumption I was purchasing a 2count. The only way to get my money back is to return my used product because the error was on them. Extremely poor Customer Service BabyHaven.com!"

I ordered a car seat and got a FN towel

"I placed an order on Walmart.com / market place. The order was to be filled by Baby haven. I ordered a (Graco SnugRide Classic Connect 30 Infant Car Seat with Car Seat Cover, Metropolis)
What was actually delivered was a baby bath towel ! Are you fn kidding me right now? Baby Haven states that it was a computer problem on there behalf and there is nothing they can do! So I'm stuck with a $29 bath towel and a toy rack but NO CAR SEAT!

Never use this site

"I really wanted a pack of bottle that they sold in the US and they were the only people that sold them. It wasn't until after u placed my order that I se all the horrible reviews that made my heart stop. Never the less I was given a tracking number, so I thought it was going well, until I noticed that the tracking had said my item was sent to Germany..... I live in the UK!! It took me 30 mins to find out that they had put on the wrong address and the bottles were being returned to them, in which they said they will give me my money once they have received the bottles.... I've opened a disputed with PayPal so I should hopefully get my funds back. In a nutshell never use this site, they are a fraud "

"Wish I could give them zero stars! Ordered item through Amazon, and USPS confirmed delivery at my mailbox. But I never received the order. I contacted baby Haven and they basically said I was out of luck because the delivery was confirmed. I asked them to contact the post office for me since I have a newborn, and that would be great customer service. They just electronically tracked the order. Contacted Amazon and they issued me a refund. Amazon is going to investigate but, if people don't file claims they're going to continue to get business from Amazon. Because Amazon is willing to take the loss. "

"Despite their seemingly great prices and products, the service provided by this seller is beyond unacceptable. After realizing only half of my order was received (admittedly outside their 30 day return policy) they refused to rectify the issue. They have now lost a customer who will be ordering baby items for the next 4-6 years...I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a seller. Worst seller"

"ok- so babyhaven.com sucks! I ordered a hello kitty toddler sheet set for 85.00 waited three weeks for it and they sent the wrong one. Then after talking with them they promised to send correct one. Waited another month and kept calling asking them what was going on and finally they said they didn't really send another one out. They were like oops, our bad, and the woman totally talked down about other employees there. (not professional at all) They then proceeded to send me 4 different mailing labels for one return package. I used one and took it to fed ex for return. They refunded me and everything was fine. Now two weeks later I am getting nasty emails about why haven't I sent my package back. After two emails informing her I had and another with my receipt I finally had to call her and use a lil bit of attitude and suggest she call fed ex. Hopefully they will get their crap together, but I will never use them again!!!"

"SCAM! DO NOT BUY anything! They will make you wait ages until you ask them where is your order then they will say they don't have it in stock yet if you want to cancel or wait! This is after a month I paid for my item and no contact what so ever! After you say you want to cancel they will ignore you and not give your money back. I'm going to give their website to the police.

Also think that these 5 star comments are fake!!!
