Item is okay but shipping and processing was horrible.

"I ordered on a saturday and put 3 days shipping. My package did not arrive until SEVEN business days later. I am disappointed at processing and shipping."

Good buy...

"I have ordered a replacement metal trigger assembly for a bolt action, spring powered SVD. Got it fast, and it is almost a perfect fit for my A&K rifle. On the original, the mag locking/releasing lever house was broken - due to poor design. The new one's package said "reinforced", but it is exactly the same as the original was with the same design flaw (thinned corner joints). Still, the first lasted 5 years. If the new one does the same I'll be happy with it."

"Stated if I became a member and gave my e mail I would get 25 percent off first purchase. I purchased an expensive gun and never received a discount. I tried to call customer service and waited over 30 minutes on hold before I hung up. Would be a one start but the product was what was advertised."

Sharps bros warthog

"Received the EMG / Sharp's Bros warthog rifle. Seems to be a quality product. The four word rail had movement when I added a Magpul vertical grip. I had to disassemble and tighten the main nut which has to be aligned with the holes in the forward rail section. Difficult because you couldn't overtighten to get the rail to align. Also the buttstock buffer tube nut was extremely Loose as were a few other screws kind of disappointed that the whole rifle needed to be checked over for so much loose Hardware. "

Terrible customer service

"I placed an order and it has been at the same UPS location for over 7 days. I called UPS and they refer me to the sender, which is Evike. Good luck calling them and trying to speak to a person. I had to email them and wait 3 days for a response. And the response was, here is your tracking number, you can track it using this link."

Great

"When placing the order I half expected it to show up on the day of or after the projected delivery date. However not soon after I placed my order did I receive a message stating that they already placed the products for transit. The staff at evike are very quick to get their orders out. because of this I was able to receive my order not only in a timely manner, but early!

My only improvement would be to add a tech from their stores on their website for any questions relate to internal modifications. Either that or take some time to make a matrix on whether or not particularly parts would be compatible with each other. Like a rating scheme on if they go good with each other or if the combo is bad. To help customers decide on which parts to put together with or which ones to avoid. Just an idea.

Otherwise my experience with them has always been a positive one.
