Worked flawlessly.Then the water cooler failed and the CPU began shutting the unit down.With 4 days of warranty left, I called PortaTech. Very nice people. Told me to get the cooler on in and they would check it. And not to worry about the expiration of the warranty. Got it to them on the last day and they shipped me a new replacement immediately. Lost a couple of small pieces of hardware and they sent replacements at no cost. Definitely a great group to do business with. I will buy from them again!"

Received the wrong components
"I ordered GTX1080 8G. Instead, the system came with GTX1060 6GB. I hope this is not a cheap scam.The order came from California to East Coast. The packaging was damaged and there was a small dent on the front of the casing.The CPU fan was attached with metal brackets which most likely came off during transportation. UPDATE: The customer service was responsive to correct the mistake and sent the correct card. I have returned the system and I am waiting for full refund. Perhaps I just had bad luck."

Didn't even bother looking. So in confidence I placed the order. 5 days later I receive an email saying it was out of stock -__- That information could have been useful to me when I called. "
